All our wines is stored in a temperature controlled environment and reach you in the best possible condition.
As we are unable to control how our products are stored and handled once they leave our premises we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds on wine purchased online or via our cellar door.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please return any damaged or faulty goods to our cellar door and we will do our utmost to make sure that you are provided with a replacement, credit note or refund as per our standard terms and conditions.
