Following in the tradition of our previous Chopin Chardonnay, this wine was aged in our Swigmore Hall where the concerts have exposed it to a variety of music during its maturation. Made from  grapes hand-picked for us in a nearby Granite Belt vineyard, the wine was matured for 6 months in 75% new and 25% old French oak, with full malolactic fermentation. It is floral, fruit driven, medium bodied and mouth filling. As with all of our chardonnays, it will benefit from a few years’ cellaring.
