The character of our Granite soils has come through in this single vineyard wine. The best pinot noir grapes from our vineyard were selected, handpicked and fermented in an open fermenter. The wine was matured for 6 months in 20% new and 80% old French oak barrels. This has produced an elegant cool climate style wine with accentuated black cherry, cranberry and dark chocolate flavours.
